SCREEN PRINTING:

Falcon Enterprises Inc. is a full service large format screen printing company.  We use modern equipment, superior quality inks, and the highest quality pressure sensitive vinyls to produces decals of all sizes.

 Screen printing is made up of three elements:  The screen, the squeege, and the ink.  The process uses a pourous mesh stretched tightly ove an alumnium frame.  A stencil or design is photochemically transfered to the screen material.  The stencil will determine the image printed.

UV curable printing ink is applied to the substrate by placing the screen over the material.  Ink is then forced through the mesh using a squeege.  Ink will pass through only the areas where the stencil has been removed, forming an image on the substrate.

The benefits of screen printing are numerous.  Screen printing allows us to control the thickness of the ink applied which can lead to greater durability.  It also allows for a wider range of avaliable inks to be utilized.  Screen printing even allows us to add metallic flakes to the ink to give our prints a deep rich appearance.  The final benefit of screen printing is that thousands of images can be printed with consistancy and precision with out the image experiencing any deterioration.
