DIE CUTTING:
 Thermal die cutting is a process that uses heat and pressure to accurately cut letters, and shapes into vinyl. A magnesium die is mounted to a heated press plate. The vinyl is then registured under the press. The combination of the heat and pressure cuts or melts through the surface of the vinyl, leaving the impressions of the part.
